Stephanie England

Trail Boss - President

Stephanie England is an undergraduate student at the University of South Florida pursuing dual degrees in Business Analytics and Information Systems and Management at the Muma College of Business. England plans on graduating in Spring 2024 with plans to enroll in graduate school. In her time at USF, England has served in various roles with the Judy Genshaft Honors College, Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement, Alumni Association, and Engineering Expo. Currently, she is the President of Engineering Expo, a proud USF ambassador, member of the Student Philanthropy Committee, Project Assistant at the Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement, and Event Management Intern with the Athletics Department. This past summer, Stephanie was a Behavioral Research Intern at ZooTampa at Lowry Park.

 

As a proud bull, England serves as the Trail Boss for USF’s premier student-alumni leadership society, the Order of the Golden Brahman. She is passionate about providing opportunities for students and alumni to continue engaging with the university and to ensure to lifelong commitment to protecting, preserving and promoting the Order. After graduation, she aspires to enroll in a graduate program to work in the industry.

Audra Nikolajski 
Point Woman - Vice President

Audra Nikolajski is a senior at the University of South Florida, pursuing dual degrees in English and Political Science while minoring in Education. Audra is a dedicated leader, and has spent her time at USF attempting to make the college-experience as wonderful as possible for all students. She has served in multiple capacities with the JGHC student council, and is now the President.  Audra is an enthusiastic Peer Mentor Lead, and co-Editor in Chief for Thread Magazine, as well as President of the Kosove Society. Education and storytelling are the pinnacle of Audra’s passions, and so she developed and is now teaching an honors course. She is also completing research surrounding the impact of community gardening in education and has served as an intern for the Hillsborough County School Board, earning her the designations of Phi Beta Kappa Key Into Public Service Scholar and Millennium Fellow. 

 

In all of the things she does, Audra hopes to advocate for the importance of quality education and the power of storytelling to facilitate change. Upon graduating, she aims to work in the educational non-profit sector of education policy.  Audra is honored to serve as the Point Woman for the Order of the Golden Brahman and to help protect, promote, and preserve the University of South Florida.

Rachel Kline 

Flank - Recruitment Relations

Rachel Kline is a senior and second-year nursing student at the College of Nursing. Currently, she serves as the Flank (Recruitment Chair) for the Order of the Golden Brahman, the Vice President of the Bull Nurses for Critical Care & Nurse Anesthesiology Club, the representative for her nursing cohort in the College of Nursing Baccalaureate Curriculum Committee, and is a pathophysiology tutor for first year students in the College of Nursing. She also works part-time as a patient care technician. Before starting nursing school, Rachel presented and published her research titled “Homeland Security in a Clinical Setting”.

 

Rachel is a member of the Judy Genshaft Honors College, has served as a resident assistant for the College of Nursing Living Learning Community, and has worked closely with the University of South Florida’s Community Emergency Response Team (USF CERT). Following graduation, she hopes to either work as a nurse in a critical care setting or play a role in the integration of biotechnology into patient care.

Bethany Jowers

Swing - Alumni Relations

Bethany Jowers is a senior at the University of South Florida pursuing concurrent degrees in Biomedical Sciences and World Languages and Cultures: Spanish and Latin American Studies. An aspiring physician-scientist, Bethany has been given many opportunities to pursue her interests at USF by serving as the President of the Undergraduate American Medical Women’s Association, a Co-Executive Director for the Public Health Team at the USF Bridge Clinic, and the Undergraduate Coordinator of the USF Morsani medical student organization YYC After-Hours. With a passion for investigation, she has served as a research intern and research coordinator for the Tampa General Hospital Transplant Institute, as well as presented her individual research at multiple university, state, and national conferences. She is grateful to have received an interdisciplinary education through her classes in the Judy Genshaft Honors College, as well as the chance to travel to the Dominican Republic on an Honors Experience Abroad. While in the Dominican Republic, she was supported by USF faculty in conducting a community health survey for her Honors thesis project, which she hopes to present and publish during her senior year.

 

The vibrant and diverse connections that Bethany has made during her time at USF have personally inspired her and shaped her future goals. As Swing of the Order of the Golden Brahman, she hopes to keep connections thriving among the USF community for the preservation and promotion of the university.

Rachel Bryan

Wrangler - Treasurer and Secretary

Rachel is a fourth-year student at the University of South Florida, pursuing her bachelor’s degree in communication, minoring in Religious Studies. She transferred from St. Petersburg College, where she received her associate degree in business management. Throughout her short time at USF, Rachel has found a true passion for her studies in communication, but also became involved in several leadership activities. During her first year, she joined the Student Alumni Association, Lamba Pi Eta National Communication Honor Society, and TEAM (Transfer Engagement Achievement Mentorship Program), where she fell in love with the diverse culture of her university. By her second semester, she joined the USF Ambassadors and served as the External Affairs Chair, as well as the Student Philanthropy Committee and the Order of the Golden Brahman. Finding a passion for leadership, she is now the current President of the USF Ambassadors, and the Treasurer and Secretary of The Order of the Golden Brahman. Rachel believes that college is what you make it, using her devotion to her school to become a 2023 Orientation Leader, where she aims to inspire incoming freshman. 

 

Post degree, Rachel will be pursuing her master’s in communication at USF, as putting the university behind her is not something she’s ready to do just yet. Being a leader is something Rachel never saw herself doing, but had the honor of achieving thanks to the influence of USF. She hopes to see The Order thrive throughout the years to come and is grateful for her opportunity here!

Bill McCausland

Bos-Taurus - Advisor

Bill McCausland is the USF Alumni Association Vice President and Executive Director responsible for leading the Association in its goal to connect and engage students and alumni to assist in the University’s success. Through his leadership, the Association focuses on five key areas: alumni engagement, student enrichment, advocacy, branding, and partnering with the University.

 

Prior to USF, McCausland was the chief operating officer at the Ex-Students’ Association of the University of Texas, which followed a 23-year career in the telecommunication industry. He received an undergraduate degree in journalism in 1983 from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from the University of South Florida with an MBA in 1996.

​

McCausland is a co-founder of the Order of the Golden Brahman and serves as the group’s advisor.
